Bill O’Shea is a hands-on business leader who provides operational and leadership support for companies looking to improve profitability today or to develop growth plans for the future. Bill has 30 years of experience leading industrial product, process and project businesses of different sizes and at all stages of business and economic cycles.
Bill brings a wealth of experience in leading change, organizational design, leadership development and strategy implementation to W&C Associates. His background provides a platform to help organizations capitalize on today’s opportunities, overcome obstacles to growth and prepare themselves for transition.
Throughout his career, Bill has created value by being:

Bill earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College and an MBA from Lehigh University. Bill has attended programs in Building Corporate Entrepreneurship at Stanford University, attended the Advance Management Program at Harvard Business School, holds the Professional Project Manager (PMP) Certification and is a LEAN - Six Sigma Green Belt.
Active in his community, Bill serves on the Board of Directors for the Washington Crossing Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
